Training Format
This is a Blended Certification course
This course is a mix of eLearning and three live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning modules must be completed prior to the live sessions in order to participate.
Pre-session eLearning is a requirement to participate in the live sessions - please factor this into your schedule accordingly.
What is included in the registration fee?
- Course materials and practice with the assessment and report.
- Comprehensive library of Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ support materials: including books, whitepapers, workbooks, reference guides
Price: $6245 AUD
Fees are payable at the time of registration or due upon invoice. Additional logistical details will be sent with a confirmation of your enrollment.
*Cancellation or transfer fees will apply to any changes made to your registration beginning 15 days prior to the first live session. Please refer to the FAQ page for details.
Note: Assessments are purchased separately. Use of any Korn Ferry assessment requires a contract with our assessment center. Please contact GSCcontracts@kornferry.com for current assessment and contract pricing.
All sessions will be recorded. Recordings may be used for audit and faculty training purposes within Korn Ferry, and will not be distributed to course attendees. Registration will be considered consent to be recorded.
Korn Ferry reserves the right to cancel this training if the minimum number of participants is not met.
