JOYANNA MARIA ANANDA leads her low impact Qigong movement practice "on the Lahaina Lawn". Whether you choose a chair, on a yoga mat or being barefoot on the grass, enjoy the breath work, the life force flow and experience the harmony of nature at this outdoor, ocean front natural world sanctuary.
ARJUN - Arjun performs "Echoes of Stillness". A Rythmic Sound Journey that weaves elements of ceremony, meditation, aural and energetic healing modalities with world percussion.
JYOTI LEVY – WEE YOGIS supports the toddlers, young children and their Retreat participating parents, with music, movement concepts and introductory practices to Awareness, Meditation & Mindfulness.

You will choose to address your air travel in and out of Maui's Kahului Airport - OGG.
The route to West Maui, from OGG, is a scenic 75-90 minute drive from Kahului Town on the Honoapiilani Highway 30, known for its epic coastal views and it's scenic weaves around the majestic West Maui Mountains. SEE GOOGLE MAPS HERE
Ground Transportation options between OGG and the Napili Kai Beach Resort include but are not limited to:
On Your Own - Car Rental (Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Thrifty) on site at the Airport
On Your Own - Uber / Lyft
On Your Own - Taxi Services
West Maui Taxi (recommended, especially for advanced round trip ride reservations) or Taxi Stand at Airport outside of Baggage Claim.
On Site Registrations qualify for pre-registered Polynesian Adventures Shuttle Rides on Wednesday December 2nd from OGG > NKBR between Noon - 5:00pm and Monday December 7th from NKBR > OGG 9:00am - 7:00pm (exact schedules TBD)
Shuttle Ride Schedule is subject to change without notice and a Confirmation Reservations List will be provided in advance of the Retreat.
Retreat / Room Check In is Wednesday December 2nd and Room Check Out is Monday December 7th NLT Noon.
Retreat Meals begin with Dinner on Wednesday December 2nd and end with Breakfast on Monday December 7th.
The delicious Retreat Meals prepared and served with Love and locally sourced herbs, fruits, vegetables enable healthy Vegetarian & or Vegan options at each meal. Local fresh line-caught Hawaiian Fish or Jidori Chicken options at most lunches or dinners. Gluten Free, Dairy Free options available as well. ALL provided by the Award Winning Sea House Restaurant "cafeteria style" 3 times daily Thursday - Sunday.
The Retreat Meal Menus will be distributed to the Retreat Participants in advance of the Retreat.
