PASSPORT/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • U.S. citizens are required to have a valid passport to enter Ireland. Passport must be valid for the duration of stay. 
  • U.S. citizens are not required to obtain a visa for tourism or business stays of up to 90 days. 
  • Citizens of all countries should check with the Irish Immigration Service for entry requirements.   
  • Please note, all travelers are responsible to verify their own entry requirements.  Pan Am Travel will not be responsible for any passengers that are denied boarding due to insufficient documents.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

  • Guests are allowed to bring one carry-on and one personal item onboard.
  • We ask that you limit your checked luggage to 2 pieces (including golf clubs), not to exceed 44 pounds (20 kg) per item.
  • Golf clubs should be packed in a soft or hard travel case and may include clubs, balls, tees and one pair of golf shoes.

CONNECTING FLIGHTS

The Pan Am Charter flight will depart from and return to the Rosecrans Memorial Airport in St Joseph, Missouri.  If you reside outside of the Kansas City/St Joseph area and require flights to meet up with the group, we recommend you arrive at least 1 day prior. 

MISSED FLIGHTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to arrive in time to take the Pan Am Charter flight. No refunds will be provided in the event the charter flight is not taken and it will be the traveler's responsibility to make necessary arrangements to rejoin the group.  Travel insurance is highly recommend to protect from any unforeseen circumstances.
