Session Dates

Leading Leaders is a 12-month journey consisting of four (4) in-person sessions (approximately every 3 months) and 1 virtual check-in meeting scheduled in-between each session.

  • Session 1 dates: September 15-16, 2026 (session starts with an evening reception on September 14, 2026 @ 5 p.m.)
    • One intersession meeting between session 1 and session 2
  • Session 2 dates: January 20-21, 2027
    • One intersession meeting between session 2 and session 3 
  • Session 3 dates: May 11-12, 2027
    • One intersession meeting between session 3 and session 4
  • Session 4 dates: September 14-15, 2027

Registration Fee

Leading Leaders is a 12-month journey consisting of 

  • Four (4) in-person sessions
  • Virtual meetings scheduled once between each session.
  • Three personality assessments: Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)/Hogan Development Survey (HDS)/Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)
  • Personalized one-hour Hogan assessment debrief
  • The fee is $3,995 per attendee, per session plus a one-time $350 fee for one-on-one coaching after your first session. When registering for this event, you are committing to attend all four sessions for a total cost of $16,330 over the course of the entire journey. 

Travel costs to in-person sessions are the responsibility of the attendee and not included in the registration fee.
