Course Format
This is a Blended Certification
This certification consists of a mix of eLearning and three live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning modules must be completed prior to each live session in order to participate.
Pre-session eLearning is a requirement in order to participate in the live sessions - please factor this into your schedule accordingly.

All sessions will be recorded. Recordings may be used as part of faculty training resources within Korn Ferry. Recordings will not be distributed to course participants. Registration will be considered consent to be recorded.
