OVERVIEW
This micro credential course, based on Vince Bustamante's book Navigating the First Years, is designed to support educators as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of the early years of teaching. Through eight comprehensive sections, participants will explore practical strategies for building effective classroom practices, developing confidence and resilience, and fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues. Participants will demonstrate their learning through meaningful application activities that connect course concepts to their own teaching practice.
