Premium Add-On Options

Exhibitors interested in sponsoring a 90-minute session during the Principals Conference or a 60-minute session during the MTSS Conference can complete the following application.  If selected you will be invoiced and payment will be due prior to the conference.  Space is limited.

Principals Conference $4,000 session

Table Reservations

•  Each organization may reserve up to two exhibit tables. 
•  Each table includes registration for up to two representatives. 
•  Additional exhibit tables may be added during registration.

Each exhibitor will receive access to our conference app prior to the event to upload:

Conference attendees frequently use the app to locate exhibitors throughout the event.

To encourage additional traffic, attendees will also participate in an Exhibitor Passport Contest, where they visit exhibitor booths for the chance to win prizes.

Shipping Materials

Organizations wishing to ship or store materials before the conference should coordinate directly with Alaska Event Services.

Exhibit Location

All exhibit tables are located on the third floor of the Dena'ina Center, immediately adjacent to the main conference traffic area near the top of the escalators, providing excellent visibility throughout the event.

Exhibitors may leave displays set up overnight.

Meals

Saturday and Sunday registrations include:

•  Morning coffee 
•  Boxed lunch 

Meals are included with your exhibitor registration.

Parking

Free street parking is available on Sunday.

Several municipal and private parking garages are located within walking distance of the Dena'ina Center. Parking fees may apply on Friday and Saturday.

Internet & Power

Wireless internet is available throughout the conference center; however, bandwidth may be limited during peak conference hours.

Because exhibit tables are located in the conference commons rather than a traditional exhibit hall, electrical outlets are limited. If your exhibit requires power, please indicate this during registration so we can accommodate requests whenever possible.
