Our 30th Annual Leadership Conference is shaping up into one you won't want to miss. Come and celebrate 30 years of learning, leadership, advocacy, connection, and action with your CAC and Chapter peers from around the country. What will it take to make this conference the best ever? You.

We've locked in our keynote speakers: get ready for Jefferson Fisher and Irish Burch! Jefferson will be kicking off the conference on Monday, June 29, and Irish will be closing out on Wednesday, July 1.

Join us in our nation’s capital or virtually from the comfort of your desk. All plenary sessions will be live-streamed. In-person breakout sessions will be available both live and as pre-recorded sessions. Each breakout block will include live-virtual sessions. On June 30, we’ll host a virtual-only block featuring four live-virtual sessions.

As a conference attendee, you'll have access to over 70 workshops. The live conference runs June 29- July 1, 2026, with the awards ceremony taking place on the evening of June 29th. Don't worry if you miss any live sessions—recordings will be available on-demand through September 30, 2026.

This year, National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) CEs will be offered for qualifying sessions in the mental health track.
