We’re so excited that you’ll be joining us for our Southeast Fall 2026 Camp Tours! Please complete this registration form so that we can accommodate your needs throughout the program.

About the Program:

You can find the tentative program schedule here. The program will begin on Monday 10/26/26 at 12:30 PM at Ramah Darom. We’ll start with arrivals and lunch before embarking on a tour of Ramah Darom. From there we’ll drive to URJ Camp Coleman where we’ll be spending the night. We’ll have dinner at Coleman, as well as time to debrief the Ramah tours. On Tuesday 10/27/26 we’ll have breakfast at Coleman, followed by tours. We’ll then head over to Camp Barney Medintz for lunch and our final tours of the program. The program will conclude by 4:00 PM on Tuesday 10/27/26.

Focus of Tours: The tours will have specific focuses, and at each camp there will be two tour groups to allow for more focused convertions. The two focus areas are: facilities/operations and programmatic excellence.

LOGISTICS:

Costs: In order to offset costs, we are charging camps $100 per attendee, which will be collected via this registration form.
What’s Included:
- Overnight lodging for the night of Monday 10/26 at URJ Camp Coleman (lodging will be single-occupancy).
- Meals and snacks: Monday lunch & dinner, Tuesday breakfast & lunch
What’s Not Included (Costs Covered by Camps, Separate from the Registration Fee):
- Travel costs to/from Atlanta.
- Any additional nights of lodging you may need beyond Monday night.
Transportation:
- The goal for transportation between the 3 camps is for us to carpool via a handful of participants’ vehicles. Those who are driving carpools between camps will be reimbursed by FJC for mileage after the event (at the standard 2026 IRS rate of $0.725/mile).
- For those flying in from out of the area, we will do our best to coordinate carpools to get from ATL to the camps such that you don’t need to rent a car.
Timing of Flights:
- For those flying into ATL, your flights should arrive no later than 9:30 AM on Monday 10/26/26. Your flights should depart no earlier than 8:00 PM on Tuesday 10/27/26.
