Congratulations on your provisional selection to the Global COACH Program.

To confirm your interest in the 2027 cohort, we kindly ask that each member of your team:

1. Confirm their  availability to attend by signing this commitment letter;
2. Provide valid passport information via the questions at the end of this form;
3. Complete the Harvard travel waivers attached to the email you received.

Once every member of your team has completed the above steps, the organizers will provide each of you an official letter of invitation, as well as provisional flight and hotel bookings suitable for the visa application process, if necessary.
