Winter 2027 Advanced Strategic Leader Series - Advanced Strategic Decision Making

This workshop will help strengthen your strategic decision-making skills by using up-to-date, real-world scenarios to help you understand the importance of the strategic decision-making process, and how it contributes to short term and long-term goals. You will explore practical solutions to overcoming common decision-making challenges and will leave this workshop better equipped to confidently tackle any decision large or small, and you'll do so in a way that creates the optimal conditions for success.

Completion of all four learning seminars will lead to an Advanced Strategic Leadership Certificate issued by LSU Executive Education.
