Course Description

Let’s face it, while composite resin can be beautiful and functional, it can also be time consuming AND frustrating. Often just a small adjustment in material choice or technique can make all the difference between a smooth procedure and an aggravating one. The course is focused on optimizing Class II composite procedural solutions with innovative techniques to achieve reliable outcomes, increased efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Course Objectives:

  • Review direct composite concepts and challenges
  • Learn a systematic approach of how to achieve predictable Class II composites EVERY (or most of the) TIME
  • Discuss material choices and techniques for bonding, placing, finishing and polishing direct composites
  • Re-examine some old school concepts with a fresh approach
  • Observe real world case presentations of posterior and anterior composites
