Course Description

Elevate your clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to the contemporary use of ultrasonic instrumentation. View ultrasonic instrumentation as a “triple threat” to address all clinical needs of every patient while embracing the benefits of ultrasonic technology and the importance of appropriate insert/tip selection. During this live course, participants will also engage in a hands-on learning component, providing the opportunity to apply clinical concepts in a practical setting, enhance technique proficiency, and gain confidence in ultrasonic workflows through guided experiential training.

Course Objectives:

  • Recognize the need for a variety of ultrasonic inserts/tips according to patient presentation and clinical significance 
  • List the characteristics of ultrasonic inserts/tips that support an ultrasonic workflow 
  • Describe the benefits of monitoring inserts routinely for effective and efficient clinical outcomes
