Objectives: 

  • Describe the distinct but complimentary roles of the SLP and RT in critical care
  • Identify key clinical indicators for trach placement and the progression of trach weaning.
  • Apply clinical decision making skills to develop an interdisciplinary patient-centered trach care protocol.

PSRC is now offering non-traditional courses for all.  

This lecture is approved for 1.0 hour of non-traditional continuing education by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).

In order to receive credit, you must complete the evaluation and post test scoring 80%.

Certificates will be sent bi-monthly.
