This one-day course is intended for billing administrators, customer service representatives and managers, field service administrators, network operators, and business analysts who will be using the AclaraONE system and information in their day-to-day activities. The course covers how to view and analyze readings and consumption, use diagnostic data to determine equipment maintenance needs, and perform system administration and maintenance.
2027 sessions are May 20 and November 4. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
This course will establish a foundation of understanding of how the RF electric AMI system operates and how data flows into AclaraONE.

Class times are from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
