A few things to know first

Submit your registration response

Let us know whether you plan to participate. You'll choose your answer below: I plan to attend or I am unable to attend.

Important: All M3ers are required to submit a registration response, regardless of whether they plan to attend the program.

If attending, provide your information

You'll be asked to provide a few key details, including your name, office location, manager, emergency contact information, dietary restrictions, travel preference (fly or drive), preferred airport, and any planned travel extensions.

Select your lodging preference

Choose the room option that works best for you:

Shared room (two queen beds)

M3 covers the cost

Choose a shared room and M3 will cover your lodging expenses. You'll also have the option to request a specific roommate. If you select a shared room, you'll be prompted to choose your preferred roommate from a drop-down list.

Single room

$650 personal cost

Prefer your own room? Single-room accommodations are available for a personal cost of $650, payable directly to the hotel upon arrival.

Submit your flight request and travel information

Only if you choose to fly: This step is not needed if you choose to drive.

Flights will be booked on your behalf, and specific flight times or itineraries cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your preference while considering flight availability and the overall program schedule. Travel will be arranged to ensure you arrive in Nashville in time for the Ole Red kick off.

As a reminder, M3 will cover the cost of main cabin airfare for travel that aligns with the program schedule.

Be aware that you will be asked to provide your date of birth, gender, airline frequent flyer miles and known traveler number (KTN), if applicable.

You will receive your flight confirmation with your travel details via email no later than October 31st.
