By acknowledging via checkbox I consent to permit The Reading League to transmit and/or record my voice, picture, name, likeness, or performance/visual art for single or multiple performances. I further agree to permit said organizations to use and/or supply recordings thereof to other broadcasting organizations for use on cable, social media platforms, and other multi-media use without limit in perpetuity. This consent also extends to the use of my name and/or likeness, any portion of my performance/visual art, and biographical information about me in publicizing or promoting such broadcasts or other uses. All recordings are property of The Reading League and all copyright and trademark law is applicable. This release is given in consideration of my appearing in one or more auditions, television and/or radio program(s) broadcast or cablecast, and/or attending an event.
By acknowledging via checkbox, the attendee hereby agrees that The Reading League (TRL) is not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the venue or other TRL venue/property.
I hereby agree that I may not file a lawsuit against CCS or any of its employees in the event of an accident, injury, or death.
