“A Legacy of Servant Leadership: Empowering Generations”

Celebrating USHLI’s 45th Anniversary!

For 45 years, the USHLI National Conference has inspired generations of students, young professionals, and emerging leaders to dream boldly, lead with purpose, and serve their communities with excellence. This milestone gathering celebrates USHLI’s enduring legacy of empowerment, achievement, and impact while honoring the servant leadership that has shaped generations and continues to inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

Throughout the conference, participants will connect with distinguished academic and employment recruiters, influential public policymakers, expert presenters, and nationally recognized speakers who challenge, motivate, and inspire. Attendees will discover opportunities, build meaningful connections, gain valuable insights, and strengthen the skills and confidence needed to lead and serve in an ever-changing world.
