Med Tech Certification Course

6-Hour In-Person Training | $60

This comprehensive 6-hour course is designed to prepare unlicensed individuals to assist residents with the self-administration of medications in compliance with Florida regulations. The training focuses on ensuring safe and effective medication practices in assisted living facilities (ALFs), home care settings, and similar environments. 

Upon successful completion of the course and exams, participants will receive a certification valid for one year, enabling them to work in ALFs, group homes, home care settings, and other facilities requiring medication assistance professionals.

Med Tech Recertification Course

2-Hour Virtual Training | $30

This virtual Zoom session provides a comprehensive review of the Med Tech role and fulfills the annual 2-hour requirement for Med Tech Certificate renewal. It covers essential topics such as medication administration, safety practices, regulatory compliance, and updates on state inspection criteria to ensure participants remain knowledgeable and certified.
