KF Internal Certifications - August 2026

All Korn Ferry A&S Certifications are offered in the blended format and include a mix of eLearning and live instructor-led training (VILT) sessions.  Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning modules must be completed prior to the live session(s) in order to participate.

Access to the eLearning and meeting links are provided approximately 4 weeks prior to the first live session. In the meantime, please hold the time for your sessions and completion of the eLearning in your calendar.

Korn Ferry absorbs the cost of running these sessions so that we can offer this certification opportunity at no cost to you due to its importance for our client delivery capabilities and our commitment to professional development. 

We depend on your commitment to attend as registered to allow as many colleagues as possible to also take advantage of this opportunity. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Internal certification training is offered at no cost to internal attendees because it supports our client delivery needs, which in turn supports our business pipeline and revenue recognition.

While we understand that plans and work commitments sometimes change after registration, cancellations have an impact on the ability of others in the organization to meet their training and client delivery needs.  Cancelling from a course with fewer than 15 calendar days’ notice from the first live session may prevent you from registering for future cohorts
