Connect 2027 opens with a joint session, followed by a dedicated user group kickoff covering product roadmap and the current state of the platform. Throughout Tuesday, attendees move between breakout sessions and hands-on lab time, gaining direct exposure to new capabilities, upcoming features, and practical guidance for getting more from the product in daily use.

Straight From the Roadmap

Product direction takes center stage early Tuesday, with a dedicated roadmap session outlining what's coming next and why. From there, the day builds into deeper breakout content designed to connect that roadmap to real-world application. Wednesday shifts to one-on-one strategy meetings with the CAI team, giving each customer focused time to align the broader roadmap with their own account priorities and goals.
