Overview

As AI continues to transform the workplace, organisations are navigating important questions around how jobs will evolve, what skills will matter most, and how they can continue to attract, develop and retain talent in an increasingly uncertain environment.

These are no longer simply people management considerations. They are increasingly business and governance issues that can affect an organisation’s ability to perform, innovate and grow. Understanding what is happening across the workforce and translating that information into meaningful insights can help leaders make more informed decisions and build more resilient, future-ready organisations.

Sarah Maynard, Global Senior Head of Inclusion at CFA Institute, will share CFA Institute’s work on the CFA Institute Inclusion Code (Singapore), including its approach to measuring and reporting workplace progress and how its practical, locally contextualised framework can support organisations in strengthening their human capital strategy.

Drawing on insights from the first large-scale analysis of data reported by Inclusion Code signatories across multiple markets, Sarah will explore how firms in the US, UK and Canada are measuring workforce outcomes and tracking progress. She will also share perspectives on emerging trends in human capital management and the role that data, measurement and governance can play in informing organisational decision-making.

As participation in the Inclusion Code continues to grow globally, this small-group session offers an opportunity for signatories and select participants to explore how organisations can better understand their workforce, benchmark progress and prepare for the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of work.

Note: This is an exclusive, by-invitation-only event. Registration is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
