Substation Communications Equipment training is a 2-day class designed for anyone involved in TWACS system SCE operations, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

2026 sessions are March 17-18, June 23-24, Aug 18-19, and Oct 20-21. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.

Emphasis is given to understanding the TWACS signal pathway, internal SCE components, and using Aclara resources to research and diagnose system discrepancies. A brief discussion on installation specifications is provided only as a bridge to building a foundation for troubleshooting instructions.

Class times are from 8AM - 4PM daily at our Solon, OH facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
