Summary
The skills and mindsets in Leading Others will prioritize how to build a high-performing team through strong coaching, caring and candid feedback, inclusive meetings and continual self and team resilience and growth.
Who Should Attend
New and experienced people managers such as team leaders, supervisors, and managers who are responsible for supporting and leading front-line contributors. This program will also benefit those who will be moving into a leadership role in the near future.
Session Dates
Leading Others is an 18-month journey consisting of four (4) in-person sessions (approximately every 6 months) and 2 virtual check-in meetings scheduled in-between each session.
Session 1 dates: September 29-October 1, 2026 (session starts with an evening reception on September 28 @ 5 p.m.)
- Two 90-minute intersession meetings between session 1 and session 2
Session 2 dates: March 30-April 1, 2027
- Two 90-minute intersession meetings between session 2 and session 3
Session 3 dates: September 14-16, 2027
- Two 90-minute intersession meetings between session 3 and session 4
Session 4 dates: March 28-30, 2028
Registration Fee:
Leading Others is an 18-month journey consisting of four (4) in-person sessions (approximately every 6 months) and 2 virtual check-in meetings scheduled in between each session. The fee is $3,995 per attendee, per session plus a one-time $295 fee for one-on-one coaching after your first session. When registering for this event, you are committing to attend all four sessions.
