For more than two decades, the Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute (AEDI) has been the premier forum exploring the evolving intersection of law, technology, privacy, and digital discovery. The 2026 program will bring together an exceptional lineup of judges, leading practitioners from top law firms around the globe, eDiscovery and legal technology innovators, corporate counsel, and distinguished AI experts to examine the most pressing issues shaping the future of the profession.

 

Through dynamic panel discussions and forward-looking conversations, the 2026 AEDI will address the rapidly changing legal and regulatory landscape surrounding eDiscovery, generative AI, Big Data, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and ethics.   • Register by August 26 to save $100 with early bird pricing!
  • Georgetown Law alumni, nonprofit employees, and government employees will receive a discount off their in-person ticket. A discounted option is given during the registration process.
  • All registered attendees will receive on-demand access to the post-conference recordings two weeks after the event. Recordings will be available until Monday, January 4, 2027. On-demand CLE is not available for the 2026 AEDI.

Generative AI Learning Labs

Back by popular demand: AI Labs are back! AEDI’s Proving Grounds labs offer participants the opportunity to use Generative AI tools from leading legal technology providers, under the guidance of AEDI facilitators. Labs will run on Thursday and Friday throughout the program. Applications to be one of our two approved lab hosts are currently open, and hosts will be announced in August.
