CCDEI Standard 1

Being the only one in your group is a lonely place. When we are focused on the work it may be hard to find people who think and look like us that have experiences that we can relate to. This session will help you navigate the large system that we work in and find the connections that will best support you. You will learn about the different affinity groups that the district offers and the training that support your growth. Finding your peeps is so important and we want to give you a head start in that journey. You'll get a chance to dive into the empowering language that uplifts and acknowledges BIPOC educators.
