100 Level/First Year Lending Learning is offered twice per year in 2026. Cohort 1 (Jan–Jun) and Cohort 2 (Jul–Dec).
Lending Learning is supported by:
- Learning Objectives: Each topic starts with the end in mind, with clear statements of targeted learning and outcomes to help assure learning is relevant and impactful.
- Pre-Work: Learning is preceded with background information, references to Procedures and supporting materials, and/or exercises to introduce learning topics. Pre-work is included in the Learning Guide.
- Learning Guides: Supervisors, coaches and learners are provided step-by-step instructions to guide lessons, creating a baseline for consistent learning experiences throughout AgWest.
- Learning Coaches: Coaches are peers with experience in their roles who have a passion for helping others learn. They receive specialized education that equips them with unique knowledge around how colleagues connect, learn and apply lessons in the real world.
