What is Solidarity Mapping?
- a year-long leadership development project to increase the awareness, knowledge and skills related to racial and social justice and organizing to effectively and positively impact the educational environment
- centering educators, activists, leaders and communities to create the conditions, connections and resilience necessary to respond to the social chaos by working together towards educational equity
- rooted in abolitionist education and relational organizing, Solidarity Mapping intentionally extends beyond the classrooms and into the surrounding neighborhood and community

- Mapping systemic racism in IL schools
- Anti-Blackness in educational practice, pedagogy and policy
- Color-blind racism and educator lenses
Co-Conspirator Copper to Gold: Transformative Approach to Race Amity September 2026-March 2027
- Facilitated 16-week self-reflection and group conversation to help individuals unlearn inherited patterns of thought and build authentic relationships across race.
Emerging Activist Book Study Series: Ruthless Equity: Disrupt the Status Quo and Ensure Learning for ALL Students by Ken Williams October 2026-March 2027
- A provocative and empowering experience guaranteed to galvanize every educator who dreams of being an equity warrior.
