Welcome! You (and a guest!) are invited to register for the 2026 Leadership Summit in Las Vegas!
Please follow the below steps to ensure your travel arrangements and meeting registration are completed.
To register for the meeting, click the "Register" button below before Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend the meeting, please click "Not Able to Attend" below and complete the requested information by Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
We are pleased to extend an invitation for you to bring an adult guest (age 21 or older) to this year’s Leadership Summit. Your guest is cordially invited to enjoy the following:
- Round-trip air transportation to Las Vegas, NV
- Three nights at the elegant Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas
- Attendance at the Monday evening Opening General Session
- Attendance at all three evening events including the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday’s dinner at Bourbon Steak (in the Four Seasons) followed by “The Wizard of Oz” at the Sphere, and our Wednesday Night Awards Reception, Dinner, and After Party
- Participation in the Wednesday afternoon activity of their choice
Meeting and Hotel Registration: During the registration process, please let us know whether you will be bringing a guest and which events they will be attending. After you register, you will receive both hotel and meeting confirmation.
Flights: Please make your own flight arrangements as soon as possible.
- Please note the dates and times of the Leadership Summit and adjust your arrival and departure times accordingly based on other meetings in which you are asked to participate.
- If you are bringing a guest, you must contact your designated American Express Global Business Travel office by phone. Request that the agent put both you and your guest on the same reservation.
- For US-based Travelers, please contact American Express Global Business Travel at 669-210-8077, between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). If you are not bringing a guest, your flights should be arranged through Aramark’s Online Booking Tool, Concur.
- For International Travelers, please contact your designated American Express Global Business Travel office. If you are not bringing a guest, utilize the agency's online booking tool for your travel arrangements, if applicable.
Ground Transportation: Attendees should arrange their own ground transportation between the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. The cost for a taxi service between the airport and the hotel is approximately $20-$30 each way. Rideshare options (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are easily accessible for round-trip transportation and are slightly more expensive.
