Course Format:
This is a Blended Certification course.
This certification consists of a mix of eLearning and three live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning modules must be completed prior to each live session in order to participate.
Pre-session eLearning is a requirement in order to participate in the live sessions - please factor this into your schedule accordingly.

Fees are payable at the time of registration (except in Canada) or due upon invoice. Additional logistical details will be sent with a confirmation of your enrollment.

All sessions will be recorded. Portions of the recording may be used in faculty training resources within Korn Ferry. Recordings will not be distributed to course attendees.
