Guidelines for Presenters: Papers
Authors are encouraged to share drafts of their papers with fellow presenters and the session chair prior to the conference to facilitate discussion and feedback.
We ask everyone to recognize that conference papers may not yet be in their final form; and we ask that no one share anyone else’s paper more widely without specific permission from the author to do so.
PLEASE NOTE. Session blocks are 75-minute long. Check the schedule to confirm the number of papers in your session and divide the presentation time accordingly.
Each presenter should plan on no more than 15 minutes to present their paper. This timing is critical so that there will be time for audience questions and discussion and time for you to get valuable feedback, so plan your presentation accordingly. Session chairs will enforce the time limit.
This year presenters are required to bring their own laptop for their session presentations. Please coordinate with the other presenters in your session to determine who will provide the laptop. LCD projectors will be available in presentation rooms. Presenters should coordinate with others in their session to determine who will provide a laptop.
Make sure you have registered for the ARNOVA Conference. You must be registered to attend and present.
