2026 On The Water Clinic

EVENT FEE $375

**A $20 service fee to cover Credit Card and CVent fees is added to all participants at the time of check out.

Lodging options include an inside option with a  a twin bed and a foot locker or outside camping without electric or with electric for those that need medical devices. 

Bunkhouse lodging will have 4 people total per room with each bunk having electricity and a foot locker, you will have to bring your own bedding or sleeping bag and a pillow.  

Charging stations, showers, bathrooms, water bottle refilling stations, Air Conditioning and WiFi  are available inside no matter your lodging choice. 

Receive one-on-one instruction on several of the picturesque trout streams of Southwestern Wisconsin's Driftless Area.  Each participant will have the opportunity to fish with three guides, learning new skills from each unique experience over the course of 1.5 days.
Most of our "guides" are volunteers from Trout Unlimited chapters (men and women) who have experience instructing and know these waters like the back of their hands.   
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Fee includes:

• On site lodging.  Either in TreeTop's Bunkhouse or Camping
• 2 Skills "Tune Up" clinics taught by women instructors 
• Camping  Meals : on the water snacks, breakfast Thursday and Friday mornings and lunch on Thursday  (Wednesday and Thursday evening meal - you'll be out fishing- coordinate with your guide for your supper meal, either in town or somewhere on your own) 
• 3 half day guided fishing trips with our volunteer guides
•  Fly Rod/Reel *** If needed

Payment must be made at time of registration.  We accept all major credit cards.  

Scholarships

Wisconsin Women's Fly Fishing believes this sport should be accessible to all.  Therefore we offer partial scholarships if needed.

Those staying off site: if you choose to not stay on site please know we have a very full schedule to give you the most for your time.  We will provide a schedule for you so you know our basic timelines.  If you would like to stay off site we highly recommend the West Fork Sports Club and environmental club and campground (no reservations needed) about 6 miles (15 mins) on HWY S, located at S3649 County Rd S, Viroqua WI 54665  They have a cabin with a bathroom and a very nice Tiny house near the bathrooms. https://westforksportsclub.org/camping/reservations/

Cancellation policy: We cannot offer refunds if you cancel.  We are a non-for-profit organization. We make every attempt to keep the registration costs as low as possible.  We depend upon every budgeted registration fee to be able to provide camping, facilities, meals, and equipment to our participants.
