Welcome to the 2026 North Carolina State Leadership Retreat, where we will gather in sisterhood and partnership to focus on wellness as a leadership imperative and a pathway to stronger communities. Our theme centers on health justice by positioning wellness not simply as self-care, but as a leadership responsibility and community commitment. We are moving beyond awareness to action and ensuring that Sorors, Amicae, Zeta Male Network, and our guests and partners are empowered with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to lead well, live well, and serve well.
