2026 NNOHA Annual Conference

Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration

Please read all of the info below, then click NEXT at the bottom of the page to begin the registration process.

This year’s conference will be held October 25-28, 2026, at the Seattle Grand Sheraton in Seattle, WA.  Exhibiting at the NNOHA Conference is an excellent way to show your products and services to dental and oral health leaders attending the conference. Our Exhibit Hall will be adjacent to our general session room and will be at the center of activities throughout the conference.  Exhibitors will enjoy frequent interactions with our attendees in this  central location intended to maximize opportunities for networking and for the building of relationships. Continental Breakfast, dessert and AM/PM Breaks will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Please note that registered exhibitors will be able to select their booth in mid-summer.

Things to Know!

ALL SPONSORS WILL RECEIVE RECOGNITION ON THE CONFERENCE WEBSITE HOME PAGE UPON PURCHASE OF THEIR SPONSORSHIP.
This recognition and exposure will continue for all of the months prior to the conference and will also extend to all conference promotion in the NNOHA News.

If you have more than one person attending, please have your first person register and purchase your exhibit or sponsorship level.
We will then send you a discount code to use to register the appropriate number of your additional team members at no charge.

Each person will need to be registered individually using the discount code we provide.
During your initial registration, you will be able to see how many individuals are included in your chosen exhibitor/sponsor level.

Our mobile app this year will have increased opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors to share information with conference attendees.
Each exhibitor and sponsor will have their own page that will offer the ability to share promotional materials including videos and documents.

PLEASE NOTE: In the registration process, you will be asked to give the name and email of a company representative that can be our point of contact for providing company logos, links, documents, etc. that your company will want to be included on your mobile app page.  Please give us the name and email of the correct person for us to contact for this process.  This is often NOT the same individuals who attend the conference.  This administrative contact will receive an invitation to our Exhibitor Management online portal within a few days of your company's exhibitor registration. There the admin will be able to upload your company logos, website links, video links, pdfs, and any other information you would like to be featured on your company's profile on the conference mobile app. 

One (1) LeadCapture lead retrieval license that can be used with your own smartphone is included for all Exhibitors and Sponsors.  If you need additional licenses you can purchase them onsite.

Passport to Prizes
Our ever-popular incentive game will be back this year with attendees seeking to get their passports filled with stamps from vendors in order to be entered into a drawing for amazing prizes!

Solution Showcase
Product Demonstrations

Take advantage of this opportunity to demonstrate products to conference attendees during a lunchtime showcase! Choose Solution Showcase as an Additional Item during registration.

Round tables will be available for exhibitors to reserve during lunch on Monday, October 26.  Lunch will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to visit up to four 15-minute demos during the lunch hour.
