Poster Sessions

The two poster sessions at CoDA will showcase data-focused work arising from a wide range of application areas:

1. Our poster session and opening mixer on the first evening will feature student and postdoc research.
2. The poster session and dinner mixer on Day 2 will present work by more senior researchers.

Call for Posters

• We welcome poster presentations on any data-driven research.
  Deadline for abstracts: January 31, 2023
• Publication opportunity: After the conference, all presenters are invited to submit a manuscript for consideration in a peer reviewed special issue of Statistical Analysis and Data Mining, the American Statistical Association’s data science journal. See the Special Issue tab above for links to past issues.
  Deadline for manuscripts: June 13, 2023
• Student prize: The American Statistical Association will sponsor a poster prize; all full-time students are eligible. 

Poster Format

• The poster boards are 47 inches x 47 inches. Please be sure your poster will fit within these dimensions. 
• Adhesive velcro will be provided for mounting.

• Suggested locations for printing:
  • FedEx on Guadalupe (Google Maps Link)
  • Office Depot in DeVargas Center (Google Maps Link) -- Update: Evidently this location does not have the ability to "print something that big."
