The Kingston Resorts

The Kingston Resorts has a block of rooms reserved at a special NCAPA rate for our conference attendees.   

Join us and experience the newly renovated pool area, Black Drum Brewery, and guest rooms within the Embassy Suites and Hilton.

With more than a half-mile of beach, spectacular waterfront views, sun-soaked activities are never more than a few steps away and now, both the Hilton and Embassy Suites are welcoming guests to fully updated rooms and suites. 

In addition to the guestrooms and suites at the Hilton and Embassy Suites, the resort offers private villas, split level townhomes and a variety or multi-bedroom condominiums. Already known for its pools, the resort experience just got better. Guests renting through the Embassy Suites and Hilton Myrtle Beach Resorts will have exclusive access to the new Currents Seaside Entertainment pool decks. Explore a water playground with slides, a large swimming pool and another waterpark with younger kids in mind. Unwind in a hot tub, then satisfy your hunger with food from Black Drum Brewery.

Additionally, guests can explore Kingston Resorts by foot or bicycle, enjoy lawn and recreation games by the ocean, compete on the tennis and Pickleball courts, swing in a golf simulator, exercise in our state of the art Fitness center or treat yourself to a massage or other service onsite at Spa 33.

Attendees will receive the hotel block reservation link after registering for the conference. The changes to the hotel reservation process are to ensure that registered attendees receive the best selection of lodging and rates available. Click the "Register Now" button above.

Plan & Budget Ahead 

We understand that you may need to budget and plan ahead for the conference.  Below are property options, pricing, and policies.  Additional information will be provided after you register. 

Property Options

NCAPA has reserved a block of rooms at the Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach with special conference rates for our attendees. Room availability is not guaranteed and will vary depending on how quickly the conference room block fills. The Water Park is available for guests staying within these properties. 

  • Embassy Suites include Oceanview Suites ($198)
  • Hilton include Oceanview Rooms ($145)
  • Kingston Condos / Villas include 1-3 bedrooms ($112 - $444)
  • Royale Palms include Oceanview ($145) and 2 bedrooms ($345)

Hotel Policies

  • The room block cutoff date is July 25, 2026.
  • Reservations are only accepted with a valid credit card.
  • The first night’s deposit is due when making reservations, refundable up to 21 days in advance of the event dates.
  • Attendees are responsible for all costs including room rate, taxes, incidental charges, daily resort fees (and services, if applicable).
  • Room rates, number of available rooms, and sizes are dependent on the individual contracted venue listed.
