The scheduled sessions will become available at their scheduled time. You will also have access to the PDF versions of the presentations and feedback surveys in the Attendee Hub. The Attendee Hub is available via any internet connected device (computers, tablets, and cell phones).
Q: How do I view a session?
A: Under the sessions tab, click into the session you are looking to attend. Once on the session page, click the “Join Session” button which will appear in the middle of the session header image. Please keep in mind that the “Join Session” button will not appear until right before the scheduled time of the session.
Q: Can I stream/view sessions through the Attendee Hub if I'm staying onsite?
A: Yes, you may use the Attendee Hub for streaming sessions. Video quality may be impacted by wifi speed, so you may need to purchase the premium wifi option for best viewing and quality.
Q: Can I watch general sessions in my room via Closed Circuit TV?
A: Properties within the Kingston Resort may broadcast via Closed Circuit TV to guest rooms or condos that are reserved in the NCAPA room block. The functionality of Closed Circuit TV is not guaranteed. Any connectivity issues regarding Closed Circuit TV should be directed to your hotel front desk. In addition, those who rent from independent owners may not have an option to Closed Circuit TV broadcast.
Q: Why am I experiencing audio/visual delays?
A: If you are an in-person attendee, video quality may be impacted by wifi speed due to the number of individuals connected. You are encouraged to attend sessions in-person in the general ballroom. If you desire to view sessions via the attendee hub, you may need to purchase the premium wifi option for best viewing and quality.
If you are a virtual attendee, check your bandwidth (internet) speed to make sure you’re not having issues with your connectivity. Logging out and disconnecting from a VPN have been found to help in this instance. If all else fails, try signing on from a different device.
Q: Why aren’t my sessions playing?
A: The Attendee Hub is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. (Although Safari has been known to have issues). Also:
- Log out and log back in.
- Refresh your browser.
- Make sure pop-up blockers are disabled.
- If you are trying to access sessions at work, you may be experiencing a Firewall. You should try accessing the sessions from a different location.
Claiming Credit
