Welcome to the second annual OCDE conference, bringing together business services and human resources professionals from across Orange County’s 28 school districts.
A Day of Connection, Insight, and Leadership
This year's theme is “Connected Leadership: Navigating Transition Together.” As you know, today’s education professionals are navigating constant change—whether it’s evolving technology, new regulations, shifting financial landscapes, or changing organizational needs. This conference is designed to provide practical insights, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to connect with colleagues as we work together through transition and transformation.
While leadership and organizational change are central to the conference, Connected Leadership is designed to be relevant to professionals at every stage of their career and across a range of responsibilities. In addition to sessions focused on leadership, strategy, and navigating change, the conference will feature opportunities to build knowledge around the day-to-day systems, processes, and technical practices that support Business Services and Human Resources. These sessions are especially valuable for those who are newer to their roles or looking to strengthen their understanding of the tools and processes they use every day.
Whether you are focused on the daily work of keeping your district running, looking for ways to improve processes, or leading your team through change, there is something for you at Connected Leadership. Come ready to learn from experts, exchange ideas with colleagues, and take away knowledge and practical tools you can put to work right away.
