Q. When does registration open for the 2026 Arizona Hospital Leadership Conference?

A. Registration opens on our conference website on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The early bird registration pricing ends on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026. Registration closes on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026, or when the event is at capacity.

Q. Do you offer any registration discounts?

A. Yes, early bird registration offers a reduced registration rate and expires at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026. Registration must be completed, and payment received prior to 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, to receive the early bird discount. We also offer a “buy 5, get 1 free” option for organizations that register six attendees. Note: All six must be registered at the same time to receive the discount.

Q. Is there a limited number of seats available for the conference? What happens if the conference is sold out?

A. Yes, we do have capacity limits, and last year’s event did sell out. If you’re interested in attending, you’re encouraged to secure your spot early. If the conference does sell out, a wait list will be available for those still interested in attending.

Q. I registered for the conference, but now I’m unable to attend. How can I send someone in my place?

A. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may substitute someone else to attend in your place. You can transfer your registration by following these steps:

1. Open your confirmation email.

2. Click “Modify Registration.”

3. Select “Substitute Registrant.”

4. Enter new attendee’s information.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may substitute someone else to attend in your place. If a registrant is unable to substitute another attendee, a written cancellation request must be submitted to AzHHA Communications (communications@azhha.org) by Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, to receive a full refund, less any non‑refundable processing fees. Cancellations received fewer than 30 days prior to the conference are not eligible for a refund.

Q: I didn’t receive my registration confirmation email. What should I do?

A: The confirmation email provides receipt of your registration. Check your spam/junk folder and confirm that your IT system did not block the message. If it is still missing, please email moreloveevents@gmail.com.

Q. What does the conference ticket include?

A. You receive access to all sessions and conference meals on Thursday and Friday.

Q. What do guest tickets include?

A. Guest registration includes conference meals on Thursday and Friday. Guest registration does not include conference sessions.

Q: Who is able to attend the Quality Awards Luncheon?

A: The Quality Awards Luncheon, which will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, allows for each organization to receive complimentary registration to the luncheon for up to two authors for each submission. Attendee information was provided to AzHHA during the application submission process. AzHHA confirms attendees with the submission authors directly. If you have any questions, please email communications@azhha.org.

Q. How do I attend as a vendor?

A. If your company is seeking business development opportunities, you may only attend as a sponsor. This is not a typical trade show event; the number of sponsors is limited to maintain the personal nature of this experience while also maximizing opportunities for sponsors to have face-time with attendees. Only sponsoring vendors are permitted to attend the conference and only Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerging Leaders Conference Scholarship, Quality Awards Luncheon and Title sponsors may host an exhibit table.

Q. What is the dress code for the conference?

A. Requested attire for the event is business casual. You may wish to bring an extra layer if the conference room gets chilly.

Q. What is the dress code for dinner?

A. The Thursday night dinner will be held at the property’s open air, western themed venue. We recommend you dress for the outdoor weather and wear close-toed shoes for the rustic desert terrain. 

Q: Will presentation slides or recordings be available?

A: If speakers grant permission, presentation materials will be provided in the conference app during the conference. 

Q. Is there a conference app?

A. Yes, our conference app is available for both Apple and android devices and gives you quick and easy access to everything you need to enhance your conference experience, including the agenda, map of the property, list of speakers and their photos, attendee list and more. Visit the app store on your device and search for “AzHHA 2026 Leadership Conf.” Create your personalized schedule by following these steps:

· Enter your first and last name and email address.

· A pin will be sent to your email.

· Enter the pin in the app.

Q. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A. Yes, dietary restrictions can be accommodated. If you have special dietary restrictions, please indicate those needs when you register for the conference (there is a section in the registration to collect this information). If you already registered and did not indicate your dietary restrictions on the registration form, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to moreloveevents@gmail.com. 

Q. When does registration open at the conference?

A. Your name badge may be picked up at registration outside the main ballroom. Registration will be open from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, and from 8:30-10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026. 

Q: Where do I find information about the conference room rate and how to book a room?

A: Please refer to this page which offers details about the conference room rate, hotel policies and how to book a room. The conference room block must be reserved no later than 11:59 p.m. local time on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026. If the block fills before this date, rooms will be offered based on hotel availability. 

Q. How much is parking at the El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort?

A. Self-parking is complimentary. Overnight valet parking is $15 per day, per vehicle. 

Q. Are there any other details I should know about this location?

A. From downtown Phoenix, El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort is approximately 110 miles and takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes by car.
