This course is a 1-day class designed for new AclaraONE Operators, Billing Administrators, Customer Service Representatives and Managers, Field Service Administration, RF Water Project Managers, and for anyone who will be using the AclaraONE RF Water AMI system in their daily work.
2026 sessions are May 21 and September 10. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
This course will establish a foundation of understanding of how the RF electric AMI system operates and how data flows into AclaraONE.
Course outline:
- RF AMI Overview, MTU details, and data flow
- Basic navigation
- Viewing customer and account info and consumption
- Monitoring DCUs and MTU/meter installations, data integrity
- Events (views, groups, types)
- Using events to detect equipment and consumption anomalies
- System administration (Report Groups, Users, etc.)
Class times are from 8AM - 4PM at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
