Robert Loenhart
Senior Vice-President for Regulatory Affairs and Safety, Canadian Propane Association
Robert Loenhart is a Compliance, Regulatory and Safety Specialist having been in the transportation industry for over 35 years.
Currently the Senior Vice-President for Regulatory Affairs and Safety at the Canadian Propane Association, he is a retired 20-year military veteran, and then moved into the fuel industry representing Propane Members on more than 35 codes, standards and regulatory committees.
Robert is the Chair of Transport Canada’s General Policy Advisory Council for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, the Chair of TSSA’s Propane Advisory council and vice chair of a couple of the CSA code committees.
When he has spare time, Robert builds and rides motorcycles while maintaining a small hobby farm.
