*Important Notice: Unauthorized Housing Solicitation*
It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies have been contacting conference attendees, falsely claiming to assist with hotel reservations at inflated rates. Please be advised that Coast to Coast Conferences & Events is the ONLY authorized housing provider for the Western Turbine Users, Inc. conference.
To ensure secure and accurate hotel bookings at the official conference rates, we strongly encourage all attendees to book exclusively through our official registration and housing portal Hotel Reservations.
If you have been contacted by any unauthorized entity, please do not provide any personal or payment information and report the solicitation to Michelle Manire, michelle@ctcconferences.com
Your security and conference experience are our top priorities. Thank you for your cooperation!
