How do I use my complimentary sponsor registration?

Sponsors must register with a special link provided by CPR staff. If you are a professional with a law firm or company sponsor (see the sponsor tab for the most up to date list), contact Molly Brennan at mbrennan@cpradr.org to receive the link to register under a sponsor ticket for your organization.

Can I receive a discounted registration?

Under financial hardship guidelines, at its discretion, CPR may waive the fee for attorneys who demonstrate that they are not currently employed (not retirees). CPR may also provide a special discounted price to attorneys, full-time judges and administrative law judges practicing in the nonprofit and public sectors full time. Please contact Helena Tavares Erickson at herickson@cpradr.org to see if you qualify for this discounted price and are interested in attending.

Why is there a fee for Speakers?

Speakers are invited to register for and attend the entire meeting. The speaker fee is to defray the cost of food for the meeting. If the speaker intends to participate only for the day of the panel or only for the panel, please contact Helena Tavares Erickson at herickson@cpradr.org.

Can I attend the 2027 Annual Meeting virtually?

No. The Annual Meeting will be presented live for an in-person audience with no virtual component.  Some programming will be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing after the conference to registrants and CPR Institute members only.

How do I know which Registration to select?

Please contact CPR’s Director of Membership Elizabeth (Lizzi) Merrill at emerrill@cpradr.org for questions about registration type.

What is included in the registration price?

Registration includes access to 8 dynamic panels featuring thought leaders across the ADR spectrum; CLE in any jurisdiction that registrants request (7-9 credits are anticipated); networking breakfasts and lunches; evening cocktail receptions; a Keynote address from Shelley Sullivan Tynan, CLO at Ochsner Health; CPR Institute’s prestigious Awards Ceremony; and networking opportunities with leading professionals shaping the future of dispute prevention and resolution.

Registration does not include a room reservation or the price of optional networking activities.

Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my attendance?

All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail (herickson@cpradr.org). CPR incurs significant expenses prior to the event, so to minimize losses, it is necessary that we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. If you have registered but are unable to attend, you may substitute another employee from your company/firm at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to herickson@cpradr.org.

2. If you cannot substitute another person, for requests received by January 12, 2027, a full refund will be provided with a $300 administrative fee, or at the option of the registrant, a credit may be applied towards the 2028 Annual Meeting. After January 12, 2027, no refunds or credits will be provided (exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances only, such as medical issues or a death in the family).

Do I have to be a member of CPR Institute to register?

No. Registration for the Annual Meeting is open to the public. CPR Institute members, however, receive a $500 early bird discount or a $200 regular price discount and have free access to the on-demand library of videos and materials generated from this meeting.

Visit CPRadr.org to learn more about CPR Institute and the benefits of membership. To become a CPR Institute member contact our Director of Membership Elizabeth (Lizzi) Merrill at emerrill@cpradr.org.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I reserve a room at the JW Marriott New Orleans?

Reserve your room here!

CPR Institute has obtained a discounted room rate at the JW Marriott New Orleans starting at $299 USD plus tax per night. The discount is valid until January 11, 2027.

Please contact Lois Miller at ldmeetings@outlook.com with any questions or issues regarding room reservations.

What is a Dine-Around and why should I attend?

Join colleagues and new friends for one of the Annual Meeting's favorite networking experiences. Hosted by members of the 2027 Annual Meeting Steering Committee, Dine-Arounds offer attendees the chance to gather in smaller groups, enjoy a meal together, and build meaningful connections outside the conference setting.

Dine-Arounds are pay-your-own-way. Events with a set menu require advance payment, while others will be settled individually at the restaurant.

How can I offer feedback or ask a specific question?

We invite you to share your questions, concerns, and creative suggestions to make the CPR 2027 Annual Meeting or successive meetings a success by completing the Post-Meeting Survey sent to all attendees after the conference.

If you have specific questions, please contact CPR Institute’s Event Coordinator, Molly Brennan at mbrennan@cpradr.org.

Is there a dress code?

While this is a professional meeting, business casual is acceptable.

Please note that some dine-arounds have their own dress codes.

CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS (CLE)

Is this meeting eligible for CLE credits?

After the completion of the program, our CLE provider, CEU Institute, will apply for 7-9 hours of CLE credit in any jurisdiction requested by our members.  We will apply for 1 hour of Ethics and other specialty credits where applicable (Cyber, Professional Practice, Competence). Some programs may not be awarded CLE credits due to content or jurisdictional restrictions. The credit process takes approximately 30 days but can be lengthy (up to several months) in some jurisdictions.  CEU Institute is a national CLE provider for all states.

Can I get CLE credit by watching the recorded sessions?

No.

Where can I obtain the CLE request and evaluation form?

Attendees will be required to sign in to the Annual Meeting Cvent App and complete the CLE Attendance Form and Attestation. To be eligible for CLE credit, attendees will need to show proof of attending the entirety of each CLE-eligible session.

How do I claim CLE credit?

Program participants who completed the Cvent – CLE Attendance Form will be provided with a CLE certificate by CEU Institute approximately 30 days after the conference conclusion. Please direct questions to CEU Institute's Compliance department at rosters@ceuinstitute.net
