CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the pre-recorded and live virtual platform, no refunds or reimbursements of any kind will be provided for registration fees.
CE Credit Certification:
*CE Credits will only be provided to those individuals who have registered for the events. No acceptions will be allowed.
*CE Credit certificates will be delivered (email) to those registrants who complete the final survey. Certificates will be delivered on May 3rd and again on May 28th.
*It will be the responsibility of the registrants to honor the full completion of the CE curriculum and will be the sole responsibility of the registrant to manage the collection and record documentation of completed CE credits.
*Registrants must complete the curriculum no later than June 4, 2021.
Recorded CE Policy: Recorded webinars are the property of the ICS and/or the presenter. Duplicating, recording or copying the webinar or its content is strictly prohibited
