This panel will explore key trends and emerging risks driving government contracts investigations and offer practical guidance for in-house counsel on how to anticipate and respond to investigations amidst rapidly shifting regulatory obligations and enforcement priorities.

The discussion will focus on recent investigations and best practices for responding to the government through the lens of recent regulatory developments (e.g. cybersecurity and CMMC, the FAR Overhaul, and DEI and Small Business Contracting, etc.). We will identify and discuss issues that present risk in government contracting compliance, how these issues arise in government investigations and best practices for companies to prepare for and respond to such issues.

Presented by Seth Locke, and Elizabeth D'Aunno, Partners at WilmerHale, along Sarah Lynn, General Counsel of Nightwing | Defining the Edge.
