Slow down, get creative, and make something special together. In this hands-on workshop for children and their caregivers, you'll transform dried plant materials gathered from around the farm into bugs and creatures of your own imagining.
Seed pods, grasses, leaves, and pods become wings, bodies, legs, and antennae. Will you make a beetle, a butterfly, a dragonfly, or a completely new creature nobody has seen before? There are no wrong answers here, just plenty of room for imagination. Caregivers and kids work side by side, sharing ideas, solving problems, and getting a closer look at the natural materials the farm has to offer.
