- Is there a particular hotel I should stay in for this event?
We have a room block secured at the Courtyard Marriott Stamford, CT. Travelers will request their hotel room and required dates via this registration form. Please confirm with your manager prior to RSVP if you are needed on site for departmental breakouts on Thursday, 10/29. - How do I book travel for this event?
Your airfare should be booked in Cytric-Synchrony’s online booking tool. A link to the tool is provided in your registration summary and also your email confirmation.
You will need to set up your profile in Amex GBT Profile before you can book your travel; visit the T&E Portal to access Amex GBT Profile. You will need a corporate credit card to book your airfare. Please reach out to travelcenter@syf.com for any questions.
Attendees MUST have a REAL ID (US citizens) or passport to travel to and from the event. Please check now to make sure you are up to date and ready to travel. US domestic travelers without a Passport or Real ID will face enhanced screening and must pay a $45 fee each way (fees are not eligible for Synchrony reimbursement). Please arrive in Stamford on Monday, 10/26 and prepare to arrive at the office by 8:30 AM for breakfast on Tuesday, 10/27 - Is transportation provided?

Business Casual attire is appropriate for the entirety of this event. The temperature in meeting rooms can fluctuate so layers are recommended.
