Summary
This online training provides an overview of authentic assessment in early intervention including what it is and why it is important. Information presented inludes an understanding of:
- who participates in authentic assessment
- where it may happen
- when it can be done
- within what early intervention proccess it can occur
This module also includes numerous opportunities for reflection as well as tools to support both the online learner and the administrators/supervisors who support and prpare early intervention practioners/service coordinators.
This module is an installment of the "Universal Online Part C EI Curriculum.
Credit
This event is approved for Early Intervention contact hours and State Licensure hours for Dietitian/Nutritionist, Counselor (LCPC), Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Social Work, and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
