Implementing the Revised Kentucky Academic Standards (KAS) for Reading and Writing (FOR LEADERS)

This three-hour session will equip district leaders, principals and instructional coaches to confidently speak to the evidence that drove the revisions of the KAS for Reading and Writing. We will analyze the front matter, overviews and revised standards and make connections to daily reading and writing instruction in every classroom. This learning will support you in facilitating productive coaching conversations with K-12 teachers to align standards to practice.
