FNCE® 2026 - EXHIBITOR EVENT APPLICATION

If you are looking to hold an event at an official FNCE® venue- Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, Grand Hyatt San Antonio, or San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter- please complete the below application by Thursday, July 23. All events taking place within FNCE® contracted space are subject to approval and a non-refundable applicable rental fee. This space is reserved exclusively for FNCE® 2026 exhibitors.

You will be notified within two weeks of submission whether your application is approved or denied. If approved, a member of the FNCE® team will communicate your assigned meeting space and appropriate contacts for Room Setup, Food and Beverage, and Audio Visual in early August. Event spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You are responsible for all logistical planning and costs associated with your event. 

Application Fees: 

  • Half-Day Event (up to 4 hours inlcuding setup time): $500
  • Full-Day Event (5 hours or longer including setup time): $1,000

These fees are non-refundable.
